Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The Moogies don't hear me speak?A: The microphone is used for the Moogies to hear. Please be sure that it is working properly and that it's not being covered up by fingers or other things that can block the microphone. The microphone is located at the bottom left of the iPhone and iPod Touch, top left of the iPad 1 and top center of the iPad 2. If you have an external microphone plugged in it will be used.
NOTE: iPod Touch 3G has no internal microphone and requires an external microphone connected so the Moogies can hear you. The microphone needs to be plugged before the application is started.
Q: Sometimes when playing The Moogies aggressively the device switches apps or The Moogies close?
A: In iOS 4.3+ there is a feature called "Multitasking Gestures". It allows the user to switch and close apps with touch gestures. We recommend going to "Settings -> General" and turn off "Multitasking Gestures" when playing with The Moogies.
The Moogies is an interactive adventure for children to explore. Throughout the game the child can choose what ever Moogie it want's and enjoy the world at it's own pace.

How to play: Speak and touch
When entering the world of The Moogies we are presented with their house and each Moogie sticking a head out the window, holding it's number. The house acts as a dial pad, we select the Moogie that looks most appealing and the phone starts calling the selected Moogie.- When the Moogie picks up the phone and answers we can talk to it and the Moogie will listen.
- The Moogie will reply to your speech with various emotions of agreement, disagreement, fun and laughter.
- The Moogie and it's surrounding are also interactive hotspots that can be touched and played with.
- When the child is done talking and interacting with the Moogie and want's to select a new one. We can press the red Moogie house at the top left corner of the screen to return home.
